Virginia Gift Brands - Forest, VA is

seeking qualified candidates for the

following positions:



Sales Analyst in Blairs, VA, Full-time

Position Purpose: Provide key insights to sales team to help them manage the sales process from prospecting to close. Maintain a pipeline of customer prospects for the sales team.

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Functions/Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate the sales strategy and direction.
  • Interface with IT as a point-of-contact for application design, change requests, data management and maintenance related to SalesForce.com and other sales systems and tools.
  • Provide prospects to the sales team and manage prospect follow ups to ensure inside and outside sales representatives are contacting and working to close new business.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings.
  • Interact with management team on metrics and process standardization.
  • Handle sales support for key general wholesale accounts as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Must be able to manage several concurrent projects and react to changing business needs.
  • Expertise with SalesForce.com, preferably in an implementation scenario.
  • Expertise with Excel, and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter.
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.

Special Position Requirements:

Have no sensitivity to highly concentrated scents or fragrance fumes.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred


Inside Sales Manager, Full-time, Salaried position, Blairs, VA

Position Purpose: Lead team of individuals to meet annual sales targets for assigned customers and/or territories and manage towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Functions/Tasks:

  • Control client interface and client account management process/programs to maximize customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Build and maintain a solid sales lead generation process that exceeds goals
  •  Lead all internal sales meetings
  • Coordinate training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Monitor productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
  • Establish, evaluate and improve inside sales processes
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Manage performance and salary reviews
  • Create individual development plans for team members
  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats
  • Assist team members with merchandising strategies for customers, ensuring best practices are in place while meeting established standards
  • Forecast account needs and maintain gross margin targets
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system utilizing daily data quality checks
  • Develop industry expertise including activities of competitors and business opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
  • Work flexible schedule with some travel to trade shows and account meetings

Competencies:

  • Management including interpersonal issues, time & attendance, and adherence to employee handbook regulations
  • Effective internal communications within the sales, operations, production, product development, and marketing teams
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
  • Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills

Special Position Requirements:

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Education 4 year degree
  • Experience At least 5 years
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SalesForce.com a plus.
